About the Building
Library Square is in the Heart of the Kamloops North Shore on the corner of Tranquille Road and Renfrew Avenue and is the city's first Private-Public Partnership (P3)—combining a 20,000 square foot Library with 151 condos and two commercial areas. Being the first air-space parcel subdivision in Kamloops, it allows the Library and the condo strata to operate separately from each other.
